I first met John Benson the summer of 1988 when I moved to Lake City with my husband Jack. I was working at C.B. Askins and Co.. John Benson was in and out of the office a lot. He always had a smile on his face and I considered him a good friend. I knew without asking that he was a good man and I know his family will miss him. May our Lord give your family comfort at this time.

We moved to Lake City in 1974, where we started attending Paran Baptist. Never forgot the friendship of John Benson and Lucille. We were fortunate to have gotten to know them both.
