Thomas Glenn Timmons

Mr. Thomas Glenn Timmons, 94, joined his beloved wife Mary Alderson Timmons, on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 7:24 PM, at McLeod Hospice House, Florence, SC peacefully surrounded by his loving daughter.

Mr. Timmons was born on April 7, 1929, in Lake City, SC, son of the late Noble Noah Timmons and Nannie Eulalia Thomas Timmons.  He was a Veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Korean War. Mr. Timmons worked under the Admiral at the Naval Supply Center, Charleston, SC.

Surviving are his daughter, Geri Lynn Timmons; grandsons, Bryan (Dawn) Snead, Christopher Snead and David (Ashley) Snead, great grandchildren, Shelby Snead, Isabel Snead, Jolene Snead and Nora Snead.

Mr. Timmons was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alderson Timmons; daughter, Virginia “Jennye” Snider; grandson, Thomas Glenn Haumpy Feagin; son, Robert B. Snead; two brothers and two sisters.

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, November 27, 2023, at Lake City Cemetery, directed by Carolina Funeral Home.
