Sandy Matthews Floyd, 67, died April 29, 2022, at Lake City-Scranton Healthcare, after an illness.

Mr. Matthews was born on March 9, 1955, son of the late Woodrow Floyd and Elizabeth Ann Matthews.

Services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Matthews Tabernacle Pentecostal Holiness Church, 1249 N. Matthews Road, Lake City, SC 29560.
