Sadie Jeannene Schoolcraft, 86, wife of the late William Herschel Schoolcraft, died Sunday, February 28, 2021, at MUSC Heath of Florence.
Mrs. Schoolcraft was born on July 24, 1934 in Florence County, daughter of the late William Troy Turner and Ella Evans Turner. She was a graduate of Pamplico High School and was a member of Hebron Baptist Church.
Surviving are her son, William Brooks (Kimberly) Schoolcraft of Scranton ; grandsons, Eric Jason (Leah) Schoolcraft of Cummings, GA, John Thomas Schoolcraft of Glenn County, GA and Patrick Wayne (Christine) Schoolcraft of Florence; granddaughter, Lindsey Schoolcraft (Jeremy) Hill of Pinehurst, GA; great grandchildren, Seth Andrew Schoolcraft, Jordon Lee Schoolcraft, Hershel Cameron Schoolcraft, Evan Jed Schoolcraft, Madison Hill, Aiden Hill; sister, Maquleyn Baggett of Darlington; and aunt, Eddie Mae Moore of Lake City
Mrs. Schoolcraft was preceded in death by her son, Roger Edwin Schoolcraft; siblings, Ann Pettigrew, Ed "BoBo" Turner and Burns Turner.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Saturday, March 6, 2021, at Hebron Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am-1:00 pm Saturday prior to the services at the church.
Due to COVID-19, the family request for everyone to wear a mask and please maintain the 6 foot social distancing. The family also requests everyone to please refrain from hand shaking and hugging one another.
