Randal R Moore

Randal R. Moore, 79, husband of Betty Lyerly Moore, died Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at his residence.

Mr. Moore was born on April 10, 1940 in Florence County, son of the late Jack Moore and Guynell Baker Moore. He was a member of Christian Life Ministries of Johnsonville and a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Betty Lyerly Moore of Lake City; children, Randy (Dana) Moore of Pamplico, Toni (Brian) Riley of Summerville, Rhonda (Joey) Ward and Dena Cooper, both of Johnsonville; grandchildren, Andrew Moore, Allie Moore, Adam Moore, Steven Riley, Matthew Riley, Jordan (Jayme) Ward, Ethan Cooper and Ava Cooper; great grandchildren, Scarlet Ward and Corbin Ward.

Mr. Moore was preceded in death by a daughter, Terri Moore.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Thursday, February 13, 2020, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, Scranton, with burial to follow at Powell Cemetery, Lake City.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 3:00 PM, Thursday, February 13, 2020, at Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton.
