Noonie Osborne McKnight, 86, wife of the late Henry Leroy McKnight, died Saturday, October 10, 2020, at her residence after an illness.
Mrs. McKnight was born on June 12, 1934 in Florence County, daughter of the late Charles Osborne and Lottie Bone Osborne. She was a charter member of New Covenant Pentecostal Holiness Church of Turbeville. Mrs. McKnight formerly worked at Walmart, La-Z-Boy, Council of Aging and Avondale. She was a loving mother, grandmother and loved her fur babies.
Surviving are her children, Terry (Sonia) McKnight, Wade (Patricia) McKnight, Diane (Clifton) Welch, Debra (Carroll) Feagin and Doris (Randy) Osborne; stepdaughter, Ila Courtney; grandchildren, Clay (Sarah) Welch, Jay Welch, Kelly (Eric) Wilkes, Josh (Ashley) Welch, Jessy (Taylor) Colley, Wayne (Cindy) Feagin, Brandy (William) Osborne, Adam (Courtney) McKnight, John Eric McKnight, TJ McKnight, Tara (Benard) Hill and Alex McKnight; twenty one great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; a special niece, Susan Osborne; a number of special nieces and nephews.
Mrs. McKnight was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Angela Williams; great grandchild, Brady Williams; siblings, Ellen McElveen, Mary Lou Ard, CW Osborne, Reamer Osborne and Steve Osborne.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at Lower Lee Cemetery, Scranton.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery and other times at the home, 1117 Clover Hill Road, Scranton.
The family would like to extend a special "Thank You" to Dr. Danny Decamps and Dr. Joseph Healy for their care and love for our mother during this time.
