Max Kimbrel Obituary

Mr. Max Bivinn Kimbrel, 83, husband of Janet Hibbs Kimbrel, died Sunday, October 18, 2020, at his residence, after an illness.

Mr. Kimbrel was born on June 14, 1937 in Colquitt, GA, son of the late Charles W. Kimbrel and Gladys Penny Kimbrel. He was a Veteran of the United States Army.

Surviving are his wife, Janet Kimbrel of Lake City; children, Charles (Edwenda) Kimbrel of Cumming, GA, Phillip (Michele) Kimbrel of Savannah, GA, Regina (Ricky) Flanagan of Richmond Hill, GA and Chuck (Donna) Kellar of Lake City; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a brother, Tom (Theresa) Kimbrel of Jacksonville, FL.

Mr. Kimbrel was preceded in death by his brother, Roy Kimbrel; sister-in-law, Mary Jane Kimbrel and stepchildren, Kenny Kellar and Jason Kellar.

Services will be held at a later date.
