Jewel Jeanette Robinson, 81, died Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at her residence.
Mrs. Robinson was born on October 16, 1939 in Effingham, daughter of the late Zander and Nettie Lee Yarborough. She was a graduate of J. C. Lynch High School and was retired from Coleman Company. Mrs. Robinson was a faithful member of Tabernacle Free Will Baptist Church for many years. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family.
Surviving are her daughters, Susan Robinson Miller of Lake City and Renee (Lee) Filyaw Coward and Dana (Greg) Browder of Cades; grandchildren, Samantha (Chris) Worley, Rebecca Williams, Leah Conner, Grant Thomas Filyaw, Seth Browder and Laura (Corbett) Collins; great grandchildren, Britton, Tegan, Macie, Andrew, Ella, Emmett and Everleigh; sister, Rachel Stone of Coward; brothers, Jack Yarborough and Larry Yarborough, both of Coward.
Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her brothers, Randall Yarborough, Harold Yarborough, Gene Yarborough and Charles Yarborough; sisters, Sybil Springs and Martha Carter.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Tabernacle Free Will Baptist Church, with burial to follow at church cemetery.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to her caregivers, Stacey Driggers, Ruth Timmons, Susan Filyaw, Frances Foxworth and Rachel Stone.
