Obituary
Dorothy Kate Floyd Timmons, 67, wife of the late Freddie Columbus Timmons, passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at McLeod Regional Medical Center of the Pee Dee.
Mrs. Timmons was born on December 25, 1955 in Florence County, daughter of Mariah Jordan Floyd Phelps and the late Francis Mallory Floyd, Jr. She was a member of New Zion Baptist Church. She was a wonderful caregiver to her mother and to her husband, Freddie, before his passing.
Surviving are her sister, Cynthia Floyd (KJ) McClam of Scranton; aunt, Ann J. Matthews of Scranton; fur baby, Chloe and other extended family and friends.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, May 26, 2023, at Lake City Memorial Park. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside.
