Cherry Jo (Mobley) Richie

Cherry Jo Mobley Richie, 72, wife of Robert F. Richie, died Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at her residence.

Mrs. Richie was born on September 13, 1947 in Winston County, AL, daughter of the late Martin E. Mobley and Essie Louise Elrod Mobley.  She was a member of Lake City United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star. Mrs. Richie enjoyed dancing, shopping and spending time with her family. Before becoming disabled she managed her husband's finance company.

Surviving are her husband, Robert F. Richie of Lake City; daughter, Robin Richie (George) Soulantikas of Florence; granddaughters, Lindsay (Dusty) Hopkins of Hartsville and Morgan Soulantikas of Florence; and great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Carson, Kinzley and Colbyn.

Mrs. Richie was preceded in death by six siblings.

Memorial services will be 6:00 PM, Thursday, February 13, 2020, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends immediately following the services.
