Bobby Ray Small, Sr.

Bobby Ray Small, Sr. 64, husband of Jimmie Allen Small, died Saturday, September 18, 2021, at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.

Mr. Small was born on May 4, 1957 in Florence County, son of the late Donald Small, Sr. and Barbara Carnes Small. He was retired of SCDOT as maintenance supervisor and was an avid Gamecock fan.

Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Jimmie Louise Allen Small; daughter, Vicky (David) Zinker; grandchildren, Conner Ray Small, Rowan Michael Small and Alyssa Leighann Smith; great grandchild, Dalton Adrian Smith; brothers, Donnie Small and Tim Small; sister-in-law, Donna (Rocky) Lane; brothers-in-law, Scott (Vicki) Smith and Chip (Deanna) Allen.

Mr. Small was preceded in death by his son, Bobby Ray Small, Jr. and his granddaughters, Annabelle Small and Natalie Rose Smith.  

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Thursday, September 23, 2021, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, Scranton, with burial to follow to Prosser Cemetery, Pamplico.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 PM, Thursday, September 23, 2021, at Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton.
