Becky (Coward) Turner

Becky Coward Turner, 46, wife of Joseph A. "Joe" Turner, II, died Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence.

Becky was born on August 20, 1973 in Florence County, daughter, of the late Larry Coward and Terry Thomas Coward. She was a graduate of Lake City High School and was a member of Lebanon Free Will Baptist Church.  Becky loved and enjoyed spending time with children. 

Surviving are her husband, Joseph A. "Joe" Turner, II, of Effingham; son, Stephen D. (Amanda) Turner of Effingham; daughter, Courtney T. (Justin) Taylor of Pamplico; sisters, Mandy Coward (Bo) Sims of Scranton and Diana Lee of Scranton; Bec-Bec's girl, Jocelyn Stevenson; and a host of nieces and nephews.  

Becky was preceded in death by a brother, Buren Denson Coward.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Gilead Free Will Baptist Church, Scranton, with burial to follow at Lebanon Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Saturday, March 14, 2020, at Gilead Free Will Baptist Church, Scranton.
