Vivaree (Mixon) Bryant

Vivaree Mixon Bryant, 79, wife of the late Wilbur Bryant, died Friday, May 31, 2019, at her residence.

Mrs. Bryant was born on June 28, 1939 in Florence County, daughter of the late Roy Mixon and Vonnie Reed Mixon. She was a retired seamstress and a member of Floyd Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church.  Mrs. Bryant enjoyed cooking and visiting people.

Surviving are her daughter, Kim B. (Joe) Livingston; grandchildren, Cody Livingston, Hunter Coker and Kyle (Morgan) Coker, Sandra (Michael) Lowery and Michael Livingston; great grandchild, Raeliegh Grace Coker; brothers, Laverne (Bonnie) Mixon, Joseph (Varnette) Mixon and Ronnie (Connie) Mixon; and sister, Elise Smiley.

Mrs. Bryant was preceded in death by a great grandchild; and her sisters, Dorothy Wright, Regina M. Yarborough and Mandy Bell Mixon.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Sunday, June 2, 2019, at Floyd Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton.
