I have just learned of Player's passing and am heartbroken. I was one of his teachers at The Citadel and found him unfailingly cheerful and ready for a challenge, wonderful to be with. He will be sorely missed. My prayers and condolences to all his family and friends.

Bill and Sheron, we knew how special Player was in the short amount of time he helped us at Kenleigh's Retreat. He had such a contagious personality that one was immediately drawn to and he had a great work ethic. We were sad when he had to leave for school but we felt sure he would be very successful at the Citadel, which we understand he was. We kept up with his many adventures through Facebook through the years. Our heart just breaks for you and you have been in our thoughts and prayers. Our deepest sympathies, Charlie and Lisa Parrish

Sheron and Bill, there are no words to express how i feel for you right now. My heart is
broken for you. I know how we are about our boys Sheron. I can't imagine Player how you feel. I still remember our first week at the Citidel. I went and saw them and Player hugged me and gave me the message to tell you that you better be there the next weekend. Boy how we missed those boys. I have some really sweet memories of all those boys and the hugs that they gave. You are in my prayers. Love you
