Patsy (Disher) Filyaw

Patsy Disher Filyaw, 75, wife of Charlie Edward Filyaw, died Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence.

Mrs. Filyaw was born on January 27, 1944 in Lake City, daughter of the late Henry Bartow Disher and Thelma Gray Disher.  She was a graduate of Lake City High School.  She worked as a Pharmacy Technician and attended Coward Church of God.

Surviving are her husband, Charlie Edward Filyaw of Scranton; son, Tim Filyaw of Scranton; sister, Connie D. (Steve) Miles of Coward; and brother, Danny E. (Wanda) Disher of Athens, GA.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, September 20, 2019, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Lake City Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, Friday, September 20, 2019 at Carolina Funeral Home.
