Otley Leroy Evans

Otley Leroy Evans, 81, husband of Judy Cade Evans, died Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at McLeod Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Evans was born on January 21, 1938 in Florence County, son of the late James Leroy Evans and Ouida McDaniel Evans. Mr. Evans served in the South Carolina Army National Guard and was a faithful member of Cameron United Methodist Church. He retired from Talon, after 39 years. Mr. Evans was a devoted family man who put others needs before his own.

Surviving in addition to his wife of Cades are his daughter, Teresa (Reese) Graham of Scranton; granddaughter, Katherine Taylor Graham of Scranton; brother, Kenneth Lawrence (Frankie) Evans of Florence; sister, Eula Mae Evans Swan of Cades.

Mr. Evans was preceded in death by brothers, Eddie Daniel Evans, Reamer Lorenza Evans, Willie James Evans, Judge Randolph Evans.

Graveside service will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, June 29, 2019, at Lake City Memorial Park Cemetery, directed by Carolina Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
