Myrtle Ann Miller, 72, died Monday, August 6, 2018, at her home after an illness.
Mrs. Miller was born on August 7, 1945, daughter of the late Larthen Alexander Smith and Mary Maybelle Hartfield Smith. She was a member of Word of Life Church. Mrs. Miller was a former machine operator at Palmetto Spinning in Olanta and a cook for Shady Rest in Johnsonville.
Surviving are her son, Norman L. (Tracy) Goude, of Pamplico; five grandchildren, Leah Marie Goude, Ricky (Doris) Horne, Jr., Logan (Becky) Evans, Bryan (Tiffany) Pearce, Jr. and Stacey (Marty) Pearce; seven great grandchildren, Morgan Pearce, Carter Collins, Troy Younce, Wyatt Pearce, Brayden Younce, Peyton Poston, Gage Poston; son-in-law, Ricky Horne, Sr.; brother-in-law, James Miller.
Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her daughter, Wanda Horne; husbands, Lester Brown "LB" Goude, Darvin Wilkes and John Richmond Miller, Sr.; siblings, Donald Smith, Kenny Smith, Bill Smith and Doris Richardson.
A memorial service will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 11, 2018, at Word of Life Church, Johnsonville, SC. Inurnment, directed by Carolina Funeral Home, will follow at New Prospect Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, Pamplico, SC.
