Larry Gaston Obituary

Mr. Larry “G” Gaston, 60, of Lake City, died Friday, February 2, 2018.

Larry was born on June 11, 1957 in Lake City, SC, a son of Cora Lee Robinson Wilson and the late Louis Gaston. He grew up as a very active child with a huge competitive spirit. He loved motorcycles, fast cars, and fast times. Larry once took up Karate lessons to keep an edge over his older siblings. He was determined to be the toughest guy in the family. Larry went on to take part in the family business where he was a cement finisher for the majority of his adult life. He spent his latter years enjoying fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be missed dearly.

Surviving in addition to his mother of Lake City are his wife, Helen Gaston; children, Andre, Qualario, Trevis, Stevenson, Bridget (Clifford), Larry and Chance; grandchildren, Marquise, Kearston, Emauri, Keenan, Cameron, Kennedy, and Skylar; his step-father, Steve Wilson; sisters, Marilyn, Merletha, and Ernestein; sisters-in-law, Donall (Sam) and Alice (Robert).

Larry was preceded in death by his sister, Gloria and brothers, Keith and John.

Memorial Services will be private.
