Julia Bellflower Powell, 78, wife of Ernest Powell, died Saturday, July 28, 2018.

Funeral services will be 1:30 PM, Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home, El Paso, TX. Burial will be 2:30 PM, Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at Ft Bliss National Cemetery, El Paso, TX.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at Sunset Funeral Home, El Paso, TX.

Mrs. Powell was born March 25, 1940, the daughter of the late Raleigh McCoy Bellflower and Ada Rebecca Miles Bellflower.

Surviving are her husband, Ernest Powell; and a son, Paul Powell.

Mrs. Powell was preceded in death by a son, Dean Powell; four brothers, Paul, Debrick, Zeb, and Pexie Bellflower; four sisters, Oneter Bellflower, Alla Pollard, Cora Thomas and Lyra Kirby.
