J.L. Feagin

 J.L. Feagin, 63, husband of Cindy Turner Feagin, died Friday, November 29, 2019, at McLeod Hospice House.

Mr. Feagin was born on November 24, 1956 in Jamestown, SC, son of the late James Monroe Feagin and O'Rilla Christine Dubose Feagin Parrott. He was owner and operator of Feagin Roofing & Repair. J.L. was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Cindy Feagin of Scranton, are his daughter, Sonya Feagin (Travis Parker) of Scranton; grandchildren, Joshua Parker, Jacob Parker and Hailey Parker of Scranton; brothers, Carroll (Debra) Feagin of Scranton and John "Poo" (Christye) Parrott of Lake City; sisters, Gwen (Nicky) Richardson of Hemingway, Linda (Randall) Mills of Timmonsville and Margaruite (Quinn) Poston of Scranton; sisters-in-law, Mattie Feagin Powell and Mary Lee Feagin.

Mr. Feagin was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, John D. Parrott; brothers, Toby Feagin, Mack Feagin and Ralph Feagin; sister, Wanda Jean Coker.

Funeral Services will be 5:00 PM, Sunday, December 1, 2019, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, Scranton.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service, at the funeral home and other times at the home, 1630 Olanta Hwy, Scranton.
