Everette Eaddy

Everette Eaddy, 95, wife of the late W. Moody Eaddy, died Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at her daughter's home in Lexington.

Mrs. Eaddy was born in the Indiantown Community on April 8, 1922, daughter of the late Perry Durant McDaniel and Annie Rogers McDaniel. After marrying her first love, W. Moody Eaddy, she lived in the Lake City area the majority of her life. There they worked and built a family and home, always welcoming family and friends.   Mrs. Eaddy was a member of Liberty Baptist Church for sixty plus years, before moving to Lexington.

Surviving are her daughter, Rita Vernicia (Jack) Farish of Lexington; son-in-law, Joseph Lewis of Burscough, England: grandchildren, Sherron (Chad) Harmon of Lexington, Gregory (Tammy) Farish of Winnsboro, Durig Lewis of Burscough, England, and Camylyn Lewis of Chantilly, VA; great-grandchildren, Brooke & Kailey Harmon of Lexington; sister, Elise Fuller of Chapin.

Mrs. Eaddy was preceded in death by a daughter, Carolyn Lewis, sisters, Vera Wroble, Ruby Chandler and Wilma Prosser.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 3:30 PM, Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, Scranton, SC.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
