Edward Rapp

Clair Edward Rapp, 79, husband of Judy L. Rapp, died Thursday, June 27, 2019, at his home.

Mr. Rapp was born on April 11, 1940 in Pittsburg, PA, son of the late John and Ann Rapp. He retired from the medical field, as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Mr. Rapps was a diehard fan of the Pittsburg Steelers. As a younger chap, he was a US master swimmer and competed in several events. He was an avid reader of all genre.

Surviving in addition to his wife of Mt. Pleasant, are his daughter, Michelle (Justin) Williams of Greenville; son, Mark (Claire) Rapp of Columbia; grandsons, Callum Allison and Keegan Allison of Greenville; brother, Robert Rapp of Phoenix, AZ.; beloved pet, Bridget.

Graveside service will be 2:00 PM, Monday, July 1, 2019, at Lake City Cemetery, directed by Carolina Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends following the service at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Laurie Lee at 426 Camelia Lane, Lake City.
