Deborah Elaine Fanning

Deborah Elaine Fanning, 54, died Saturday, October 19, 2019, at McLeod Hospice House, Florence.

Elaine was born on January 1, 1965 in Sumter County, daughter of the late Elvin Mims and Betty Jean Sims Mims. 

Surviving are her stepmom, Teresa Hartley of Turbeville; children, Robbie (Amanda) Mims of Lake City, Elliott Mims, Angel Leviner, Sabrina Lee and Ashlynn Mims, all of New Zion; grandchildren, Tessa Mims, Ivaeh Mims, Breana Johnson, Stacey Johnson and Mikie Goins; and a brother, Billy (Kimberly) Mims of Cleveland, TN.

Mrs. Fanning was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Delbert and Ella Mims; maternal grandparents, Eugene and Roberta Sims; daughter, Debra Ann Johnson; granddaughter, Nevaeh Varnadore; and a brother, Michael Mims.

Funeral services will be 4:00 PM, Monday, October 21, 2019, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow at Pinedale Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery, Turbeville.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 – 4:00 PM, at Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton.
