Buna Faye "Dunk" (Lynch) Russ

Buna Faye "Dunk" Lynch Russ, 80, wife of Marvin J. Russ, died Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at McLeod Hospice House, Florence.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Friday, November 24, 2017, at Sand Hill Free Will Baptist Church, Coward.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 PM, at the church.  Burial, directed by Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton, will be at Lynches Memorial Gardens, Coward.

Mrs. Russ was born on August 15, 1937 in Coward, daughter of the late Freddie "Buster" Lynch and Selma Evans Lynch.  She was a member of Sand Hill Free Will Baptist Church and the Women's Auxiliary. She was a homemaker and was formerly employed with Wentworth Manufacturing Company.

Surviving are her husband, Marvin J. Russ of Coward; sons, Mike Russ, Mark (Tuesday) Russ and Joey Russ, all of Coward; grandchildren, Ashley (Brandon) McLain of Pageland, Holli (Ryan) Robinson of Santee, Tyler Russ and Zoie Russ, both of Coward; three great grandchildren; brother, Randolph (Jean) Lynch of Coward; and a brother-in-law, Wilbur Russ of Coward.

Mrs. Russ was preceded in death by a brother, Robert L. Lynch.
