B.W. Floyd

Mr. B.W. Floyd, 63, of New Zion, died Sunday, November 26, 2017, at his home after an illness.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at Grace & Glory Ministries, Coward, with burial to follow in Pine Dale Cemetery, Turbeville.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton.

B.W. was born October 18, 1954, in Clarendon County, son of the late Bethea Floyd and Lillie Mae Welch Floyd. He attended of Grace & Glory Ministries and was the owner of Floyd Farms. B.W. enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Surviving are his wife, Tina L. Floyd of New Zion; son, Brian Wendell (Taylor) Floyd of Kingstree; daughter, Wendy E. Henson of Park Hill, Missouri; step-children, Bridgett Floyd (Toby) Parker, Brandon Floyd, and Samantha (Brandon) Floyd, all of Lake City; eleven grandchildren; sisters, Alberta (Chesley) Thigpen, Eula Mae (Melvin) McElveen, Nellirea Miles, and Thadell (Charles) Pate, all of Turbeville; brothers, Lavell (Eddie Lou) Floyd and S.C. (Jean) Floyd, both of New Zion and David (Patricia) Floyd of Kingstree.

B.W. was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, James Miles.
