LuAnne (Haselden) Welch

LuAnne Haselden Welch, 58, wife of Coker Eugene Welch, died Friday,
August 11, 2017, at McLeod Hospice House, Florence.

LuAnne was born on December 12, 1958 in Kingstree, daughter of Betty Pope Szczepanski and the late James Alton Haselden.  She attended New Covenant Pentecostal Holiness Church and was a homemaker.

Surviving are her husband, Coker Eugene Welch of Turbeville; daughters, Amanda Pate (Kris) McGee of Lake City and Gina Lynn Welch of Turbeville; son, Charles Dwayne Pate of Sumter; grandchildren, Christopher Liam McGee, Jacob Will McGee and Thomas Dane Pate; mother, Betty Pope Szczepanski of Kingstree;  sisters, Denise H. (Billy) McKnight and Vicki H. (Darby) Fulton, both of Kingstree.

LuAnne was preceded in death by her father, James Alton Haselden; step-father, Frank Szczepanski; grandparents, Ephraim and Beulah Mae Pope.

Memorial service will be 4:00 PM, Sunday, August 13, 2017 at New Covenant Pentecostal Holiness Church, Turbeville.
